She had known him through a mutual friend, but never quite mustered up the courage to talk with him before. He noticed her and she had always liked his blue eyes. After some months of dating, at a military ball, Trae got down on one knee at the perfect spot (one he had snuck out earlier in the day to look for when Bekah thought he was running an errand). Completely surprised, Bekah said yes to spending together forever with Trae.
I hadn't met Trae before we did these photos, but it didn't take long to see how strongly and sweetly he loves Bekah. He knelt down to take her dew wetted shoes off when she couldn't and held her in close when she got goosebumps from the cold morning air.
Bekah & Trae, I hope these photos serve as lifelong reminders of your love and capture genuinely the joy of this time. You two are something special.
